Your working environment 

Within SBS, the Digital Engagement (DE) Global Business Unit is in charge of developing, commercializing, and operating the Digital and Open Banking solutions. It implies the front-end customer-facing engagement products (web, mobile, other digital channels) along side with the compliance related products. 

In the DE entity, the Professional Services (PS) Business Unit is in charge of déploying, configuring, fine-tuning our solutions in customer context. They are also in charge of advising and accompanying our customers into adopting and validating these solutions to best fit their needs, until it is made available to their retail and business end-users.   

As part of the PS team, you will contribute to our success by helping configure and deploy for our customers digital solutions based on our portfolio of R&D components. 

To do so, you will be part of a SaaS/Cloud ecosystem with external third-party partners. Your internal contacts are product and project managers as well as developers, solution architects and DevOps from all our geographies.

• Develop expertise in implementing and configuring Digital Engagement solutions for our client in close relation with the SBS R&D teams 
• Feedback Loop: Propose proactively improvement ideas of our solution features in collaboration with R&D 
• Support and advise the customer at the functional level throughout  the deployment project by reconciling his needs and the existing or future (roadmap) product features and configuration 
• Prepare and lead critical customer workshops: clarification of the need / scope, configuration of the solution, … 
• Provide expertise and guidance to customer or partner for his integration project (sequence diagrams, mappings, API documentation...) 
• Participate to the creation of the Test strategy of the customer allowing it to validate its Digital solution. 
• Provide support to the customer during the testing phase (UAT) of the delivered solution at the functional level – Qualify complex solutions issues, report to R&D or provide solution to fix  
• Coach collaborators and share your mobile expertise across the PS Digital Engagement organization, to scale up the BU’s capabilities; Build impactful and relevant supports according to the needs of the activity (demos, procedures, etc.) 

• Good knowledge of REST APIs and the micro-services architecture 
• Experience of testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Jmeter, K6, …) and methodology 
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated tools (GitLab, Jira, confluence, …) 
• Knowledge of delivery principles and tools in a multi-cloud environment (API Portal, Gateway, proxy, Kubernetes, bundle, …) 
• Knowledge of the IT development environments and tools (Git, front/back end, etc.) 

Your profile 

• You have at least 5 years of experience in similar responsibilities (Business Analyst / Product Owner) with prior experience at a best in class mobile solution provider.  
• You have been driving digital change for industry leaders, ideally in the banking world and in the MEA region.  
• You are autonomous and proactive in your daily work.  
• Your strong ability to adapt allows you to dialogue with several levels of stakeholders in a multicultural environment.  
• You are customer service-oriented (internal and external) and know how to think "out of the box".  
• You are open to business-trips mobility and are proficient (speaking/writing) in both English and French.
