You will be supporting the planning, coordination and follow-up of customer projects while progressively developing ownership of project management activities. You will contribute to project execution within agreed scope, budget and timeline, help monitor risks and dependencies, and support clear communication between customers, delivery teams and internal stakeholders. Your mission is to grow into a project management role while helping secure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

• Supporting customer-facing interactions and contributing to trusted relationships with client stakeholders;

• Helping define project scope, objectives and deliverables under the guidance of a senior project manager or delivery manager;

• Preparing and maintaining project plans, timelines, meeting notes and follow-up action;

• Coordinating internal and external stakeholder;

• Contributing to budget follow-up, resource coordination and project documentatio;

• Identifying project risks and issues, and escalating them with proposed mitigation action;

• Monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards;

• Contributing to the evaluation of some team members (Goals review, check-ins, appraisal, feedback); 

• Promoting standard product adoption and escalating client feedback to the relevant product and delivery teams; 

• Preparing regular project status updates for project leadership and key stakeholders;

• Ensuring smooth project closure and lessons-learned evaluation;

• First experience in project coordination, team coordination, delivery support, consulting, implementation or customer-facing activities, preferably in a software, banking or financial services environment;

• Good understanding of software delivery, implementation projects or customer service activities; direct project management experience is a plus;

• Basic understanding of budget follow-up, effort tracking and financial project indicators; 

• Awareness of risk management, change management and stakeholder management principles; 

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Atlassian JIRA;

• Ability to prepare clear reporting, follow indicators and summarize project status in a structured way; 
• Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, on-premise or agile/iterative implementation contexts is a plus; 
• You have around 3 to 5 years of professional experience and are motivated to develop your career toward project management;
• You are organized, proactive, curious and eager to learn;
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working with different stakeholders and are able to structure information, follow up actions and escalate topics when needed;
• You are customer service-oriented, delivery-minded and comfortable working in a multicultural environment;
• You are proficient in English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.
