This is more than a job. It’s a chance to build, grow, and make a real impact! Join our team as our new Project Manager - Business Systems!

We are looking for a Project Manager to support and drive Business Systems initiatives, including Workday, Salesforce, and internal applications, while ensuring structured delivery and strong stakeholder alignment across the organization.

You will join a cross-functional IS project team working across key business domains such as HR, Finance, Sales, R&D, and Services. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, internal IS teams, and external partners, you will contribute to the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives in an international and multicultural environment. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Under the guidance of the Program Manager, you will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of IS projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, planning and organization, execution tracking, and reporting. We are looking for someone with the right mindset and attitude, eager to learn and grow into the role, rather than deep technical expertise from day one.

  • Reporting & Governance: Prepare and maintain regular project reporting, including status updates, risks & issues tracking, and executive summaries; contribute to governance rituals (steering committees, project reviews); ensure proper documentation and traceability.
  • Change & Adoption Support: Support business teams in adopting new systems and processes; contribute to user communication, documentation, and training coordination; ensure smooth transition from delivery to operations.

Qualifications

  • Technical & System Landscape: You will evolve in a modern enterprise environment, including Business Systems: Workday (HRIS), Salesforce (CRM), Finance tools; Applications & Integrations: APIs, SaaS platforms, system interconnections; Project tooling: wrike, project planning tools, reporting frameworks.
  • Education & Experience: Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or similar; experience: initial experience in IS project management or business analysis.

  • Professional Qualities (KEY): Organization & Planning: Ability to structure work, track actions, and manage priorities; Communication & Stakeholder Management: Comfortable interacting with different levels of the organization and able to translate business needs into actionable items; Reliability & Ownership: Takes responsibility, follows through on commitments; Learning Mindset & Attitude (Critical): Curious, proactive, willing to learn; Open to feedback and continuous improvement: We value mindset, rigor, and attitude over deep technical expertise.
