Responsibilities
Support the execution of the Analyst Relations (AR) program across global analyst firms, including IDC, Gartner, Forrester, Celent, Omdia, and Everest.
Maintain analyst databases, contact lists, coverage maps, and engagement trackers.
Coordinate analyst inquiries, briefings, meetings, and follow-up actions.
Prepare analyst briefing materials, presentations, fact sheets, and messaging documents.
Conduct research on industry trends, market reports, analyst insights, and competitive positioning.
Monitor analyst publications, rankings, evaluations, and market commentary relevant to SBS.
Summarize analyst reports and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Support submissions for analyst evaluations, rankings, awards, and market surveys.
Assist in collecting business, product, customer, and financial information required for analyst requests.
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, and Communications teams to gather content and data.
Track key analyst interactions and maintain accurate records in reporting tools.
Support the preparation of quarterly and annual Analyst Relations reports and dashboards.
Help identify customer references, case studies, and proof points for analyst engagements.
Assist with project management and coordination of Analyst Relations activities across SBS business units.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to synthesize information into concise summaries and presentations.
Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Interest in financial technology, banking, software, and market trends.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
